About Us
We are the Treasure Valley Performing Arts Coalition!
Our mission is to “Support, Sustain, and Promote local performing arts groups and organizations through visibility, collaboration, and shared resources.”
We do this through offering benefits such as our Coalition Resource Library, our Community Calendar, volunteer rosters, and more! And all of this is only possible through support from the wonderful community of the Treasure Valley.
Our long-term vision is to create a dedicated performance space comparable to the Morrison Center that coalition members can access freely and the wider community can enjoy at an affordable cost. This can only be achieved by help from community members like you!
Our Board
Daniel Fuhriman
President/Treasurer
A lifelong musician and Boise native, Daniel leads the Coalition effort to support local performing arts groups. Coming from a place of personal investment, he wants to lay a foundation for the performing arts here in the Treasure Valley.
Amara Fuhriman
Vice President/Secretary
As a voice teacher, Amara has a passion for all things music and is committed to helping local arts programs flourish.
Kevin Nielsen
Officer
Kevin Nielsen is co-producer and a director for The Huckleberry Star Theater in the Treasure Valley and loves to give back to the community. Kevin has been active in music and performance for over 30 years.
Transparency
We know that transparency is important for the trust a community has in a nonprofit organization such as ours, and we believe that nothing we do should be secret.
