As the Coalition develops, so to will our Impact.

As is said in our mission statement, the Coalition serves to support, sustain, and promote local performing arts groups here in the Treasure Valley.

This will be done through helping connect local groups while allowing them to stay largely autonomous in their operating. Our only goal is to make sure our groups don't need to weigh the importance of staying afloat against their own mission to create.

We will do this in three ways:

By maintaining a centralized pot of funds contributed to by community members and partners that can be pulled from by members of the Coalition in the form of grants and other financial support...
...by providing a shared "library" of costumes, props, set pieces, and any other items that local groups need to use but don't have space or ability to store on their own after the show is over that will be free for Coalition members to use on a first-come-first-serve basis...

and

...by keeping an up-to-date calendar of upcoming auditions, performances, and other important community dates, as well as maintaining a page of contact information for each Coalition Member Organization accessible to community members looking for opportunities to help and perform.

As our community grows, the need for supporting our performing arts community grows as well. There is so much talent and passion amongst the artists and creators here, and the Coalition seeks to give them a foundation to do what they love without reservation.

If you are a part of one of the valley's performing arts organizations and this mission is something you support, please check out the information on joining the Coalition under the "Get Involved" tab.

If you are not associated with a local group but love the arts and want to offer your support, please consider checking out our pages on Donations or becoming a Sponsor.
